It is is a unique identification number given to a person wanting to be a director or an existing director of a company with lifetime validity.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5a79eec elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5a79eec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">What is Form DIR 3 KYC?<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b0061f7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b0061f7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>DIR 3 KYC is a form to be filed by Every director who has been allotted DIN (Director Identification Number). It is mandatory for all the directors irrespective of their status as qualified or disqualified.\u00a0Additionally, DIR-3-KYC-WEB is to be used by the DIN holder who has submitted DIR-3 KYC eform in the previous financial year and no update is required in his details.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1205020 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1205020\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">filing DIR 3 KYC<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9f32e74 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9f32e74\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Every Director who has been allotted DIN on or before the end of the financial year, and whose DIN status is \u2018Approved\u2019, would be mandatorily required to file form DIR-3 KYC before\u00a0<strong>30th September<\/strong>\u00a0of the immediately next financial year.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-635dbbc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"635dbbc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">What happens if DIR 3 KYC is not filed ?<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8efd44d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8efd44d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In cases where a director who is supposed to file the DIR 3 KYC e-Form or DIR 3 KYC web, does not file it within the due date on MCA 21 portal, the department will mark the DIN of such director as \u2018Deactivated due to Non-filing of DIR-3 KYC\u2019. and shall have to pay\u00a0<strong>penalty of INR 5,000\/10,000<\/strong>\u00a0if filed after the due date.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-dbb4fa1\" data-id=\"dbb4fa1\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Director KYC What is Director Identification Number (DIN)?
