This statement would be sent to the RoC within 30 days from the date of the resignation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-708061f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"708061f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>Address of the resigning auditor firm.<\/li>\n<li>Reasons of resignation<\/li>\n<li>Email address of the auditor firm<\/li>\n<li>Resigning auditor firm\u2019s contact numbers.<\/li>\n<li>Permanent account number of the auditor firm.<\/li>\n<li>Copy of the form ADT3 must be digitally signed by any one member of the auditor firm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0bba88d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0bba88d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If the resigning auditor fails to intimate ROC regarding resignation within the prescribed 30 days time, he is charged a penalty ranging from Rs. 50,000 to 5 lakhs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-33596c4
