GST REGISTRATION

The goods and services tax (GST) is a value-added tax levied on most goods and services sold for domestic consumption. The GST is paid by consumers, but it is remitted to the government by the businesses selling the goods and services.

Components Of GST
  • CGST: It is the tax collected by the Central Government on an intra-state sale (e.g., a transaction happening within Maharashtra)
  • SGST: It is the tax collected by the state government on an intra-state sale (e.g., a transaction happening within Maharashtra)
  • IGST: It is a tax collected by the Central Government for an inter-state sale (e.g., Maharashtra to Tamil Nadu).

Documents Required For GST Registration

Sole Proprietor / Individual
    1. PAN card of the owner
    2. Aadhar card of the owner
    3. Photograph of the owner (in JPEG format, maximum size – 100 KB)
    4. Bank account details*
    5. Address proof (electricity bill in the name of owner or consent letter)

Partnership firm (including LLP)
  • PAN Card of Firm or LLP
  • PAN card of all partners
  • partnership deed or LLP Agreement
  • Photograph of all partners and authorised signatories (in JPEG format, maximum size – 100 KB)
  • Address proof of partners (Passport, driving license, Voters identity card, Aadhar card etc.)
  • Authority Letter or Board Resolution
  •  Certificate of Incorporation
  • Cancelled Cheque or bank statement of Business
  • Address proof of principal place of business**
Company
  • PAN card of Company
  • Certificate of incorporation given by Ministry of Corporate Affairs
  • Memorandum of Association / Articles of Association
  • PAN card and address proof of all directors of the Company
  • Photograph of all directors and authorised signatory (in JPEG format, maximum size – 100 KB)
  • Board resolution appointing or Authority Letter
  • Cancelled Cheque or bank statement of Business
  • Address proof of principal place of business**
